Is it mandatory to enter GST while registering?

Yes, it is mandatory as we provide GST invoices. If your business is not registered for GST, you can request your order through email.

How long do I have to wait to order after registering?

After registering, you can browse through the product list and ask for a quotation. We will get back with the prices within 24 hours. Then you can start ordering.

What to do if I do not find the product I am looking for?

Please send us the request via email. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Is there anything as a minimum order?

Yes. You have to make a minimum purchase of Rs. 5000 for us to deliver your order. If your order falls below the minimum value, you can self-pickup your order from us. Contact us for further details.

What is the timeline for the delivery?

If you place the order today, you will receive it tomorrow. Please note that our delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. Next day delivery is only applicable for orders placed before 5 pm, the previous day.

Does Agrainz offer credit period?

Yes, we offer credit periods from 7 - 30 days. However, lower credit periods get better prices.

What is the mode of payment?
